Features

NeuroTrack is a complete self-tracking surface for spinal cord injury. Eighteen trackers, an Insights tab that surfaces patterns instead of streaks, and a reminder layer that works whether or not you are online.

What it tracks

Bladder

Intermittent catheterisation log, output volume, time-since-last, urgency notes.

Bowel

Bowel program logs, Bristol scale, time-since-last, planning around scheduled care.

Skin & pressure injuries

Body-map locations, stage-aware notes, optional on-device photos, daily check-in reminders.

Vitals & autonomic dysreflexia

Blood pressure with personalised AD thresholds you and your clinician set. Heart rate, temperature, oxygen saturation.

Mood & mental-health screeners

Daily mood logging plus PHQ-9 and GAD-7 with banded severity zones. Crisis numbers always one tap away.

Medications

Multi-dose reminders, missed-dose tracking, prn entries. Reminders survive timezone changes. .ics calendar export for appointments and recurring medication slots.

Sleep

Bedtime, wake, awakenings, sleep quality. Pattern view across weeks.

Pain

Site, character, intensity, triggers. Charts that separate baseline from spikes.

Spasticity

Severity over time, triggers, what helps. Useful input for medication conversations.

Fluid intake

Quick-add UI, daily goal, BMR-informed default. Plays well with the bladder tracker.

Nutrition

Meals, calories, macros, protein for healing. Lightweight — not a calorie shaming app.

Weight & BMI

Daily weight, BMI with SCI-adjusted note (because population BMI charts are wrong for SCI).

Exercise

Sessions, type, duration, RPE. Pairs with mood and sleep data for the "why did this week feel different" question.

Daily notes

Free-text journaling with streak strip, emoji chips, smart prompts, yesterday recap.

Period & cycle

Opt-in. Cycle phase, symptoms, related vitals changes.

Care team

Contacts for physiatrist, GP, urologist, OT, PT, district nurse, family. All on device.

Appointments

Upcoming and past. .ics export so they land in your real calendar.

Mental-health trends

Banded-severity charts for PHQ-9 / GAD-7; Insights summary card.

Insights — patterns, not pressure

NeuroTrack's Insights tab reads your last few weeks of entries and surfaces plain-language patterns: "your AD-range blood pressures have clustered when bladder time-since-last is above six hours", "your sleep dropped the week you added baclofen", "mood has improved since you started exercise sessions". These are pattern observations, never diagnoses. SCI-specific clinical heuristics (autonomic dysreflexia, pressure-injury staging, bowel / bladder reminders) are encoded explicitly so the suggestions stay relevant.

Reminders that work offline

Medication and tracker reminders are scheduled on your device using the platform notification service. They do not require a server. The reminder schedule survives a phone restart and a time-zone change. The app surfaces clear caveats around when reminders can be suppressed (Focus mode, low battery, force-stop). NeuroTrack should not be your only reminder for safety-critical medication — see the Medical Disclaimer.

Care Report and exports

Export a structured Care Report you can share with your clinician via the system share sheet — PDF or plain text. Export the entire raw dataset as JSON for backup. Import the same JSON to restore on a new device. .ics export for appointments and recurring medication slots so they appear in Apple Calendar / Google Calendar.
