NeuroTrack is built and maintained by two independent developers. We do not operate a support hotline or a help desk — we read and reply to email ourselves.

Privacy and data requests
Because NeuroTrack stores no data on our servers, there is nothing on our side to access or delete. Every right you have under GDPR, CCPA / CPRA, MHMDA, PIPEDA, and similar laws is exercised on your own device through Settings → Data → Export Data or Delete All Data. If you need a written statement to that effect for a regulator or a clinician, email us and we will provide one.
We do not maintain a public postal address. If you need one for a legal matter, ask by email and we will respond with a service address.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge support email within 7 days and substantive technical questions within 30 days. Security reports get acknowledged within 7 days per the policy above.
